What User doesn't like about The Case Is Altered:
Our waitress was excellent. Everything else was awful. Food took forever. Uncooked broccoli, burnt roast potatoes and more fat than meat on the roast beef. Worst of all was the shouty chef who destroyed the atmosphere. When you have a kitchen open to the customers you should exercise a bit more self discipline. View all feedback.

Nice staff, which offers a warm welcome and very helpful and friendly during the meal. The food was excellent and to see that it was cooked in the kitchen on the back was great. Beer was great too. Would highly recommend and we will be back.
Once again a beautiful Sunday roast dinner. The food was as always nice, cozy autumnal environment and friendly staff. So nice to have such an old pub with history on our front door (well 30 min walk)
Beautiful old pub and large gardens. Want a strong real Ale 5%. But still great
I love having a Roast dinner.The Cookie Dessert was so yummy . Very friendly staff and good customer service
