the personal is as if it is a personal business. pret is a chain that makes a lot of money, sandwiches costs £4, so I'm sure they do well. but the girls who work there skip the drinks. I asked for a little more cocos milk to answer “if they ask for less ice, it looks like less because the ice would fill more the pot”. Very fast customer service most busy on tomorrow because of their subscription offer I have my subscription for this month than with very hot days love it Shakes/Smoothies/Frucht/Eis drinks not every pret has all the options. it has to be available in all places, as I mostly northwest and central london, but only some pret have all harrow pret is the best so far
You eat is fantastic and reliable fresh, tasty, healthy alternatives to mcdonald’s, gregg’s and other high street spinning options. this is just a positive review for the staff in harrow industry. thanks to bomi and monica, I learned from the excellent offer in the month subscription and then signed five friends, my family also pending. before three Saturdays, however, I did not receive the QR code that said I was good to go, apparently I did not store my debit card account data on my pret profile after I set it up. strange, this has not been fixed for more than three weeks, until today, when ewan of customer services decided to speed up the QR-Reissuing, finding out how I can add my card back to my profile (on its side it says I did not have the account aktiw because it does not allow me to click and tap it into my card details, although as described, I added it immediately and next to its staff in harrowe so humble was one of them that she told me that I don't have to write a formula or Google review. this has only made me write this more urgent, because they earn credit for their extraordinary customer service in their business. As soon as my QR code arrives, I will be able to convince more people with my positive personal experience of how great the offer is, but also how excellent the personal is here to solve problems. many thanks to all in the harrow pret and at ewan from their CS team. could not recommend pret anymore.
I would give this place more stars if possible! The staff here is truly incredible—extremely professional and always attentive. I don't know how they manage to serve all the different drink variations while maintaining such a positive attitude! It’s clear that the team has a strong bond. I appreciate everyone here, but the managers really stand out as exceptional. While I prefer the flavors of a few competitors, the outstanding service keeps me coming back to this location. It truly is the best around!
However, three Saturdays ago, I had an issue where I didn't receive the QR code confirming my order was ready. It turns out my debit card details weren’t saved in my Pret profile after I initially set it up. Strangely, this problem wasn’t resolved for over three weeks—until today, when Ewan from Customer Services helped expedite the reissue of my QR code and figured out how I could re-enter my card information on my profile. On your end, it appeared my account wasn’t active, making it impossible for me to input my card details, even though I had added them initially with your staff in Harrow. The team at Harrow—Monica, Vite, Bomi, and others—have been incredibly polite, empathetic, courteous, and efficient. They are a true asset to the Harrow branch and the wider Pret brand. One of them was so humble that she told me I didn’t have to write a review, but that humility only inspired me to share my experience because they truly deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service. Once I receive my QR code, I’ll be able to inspire even more people with my positive experiences, showcasing not only the excellent food but also the fantastic staff who resolve any issues. Thank you to everyone at the Harrow Pret and to Ewan from Customer Service. I couldn't recommend Pret more highly!
