The manager Briana welcomed us and introduced herself when we all sat down and was getting our food and said if there was anything we needed to let us know. Theworkers were very pleasant, never made it seem like they were overwhelmed and all the orders were fixed in a timely manner. Itwas my sons 8th birthday as well so I brought in cupcakes and sang happy birthday. Brianna also gave my son a whataburger visorand a cookie for his birthday. Definitely a great experience at a fast food restaurant which is very hard to have these days andnot feel like an inconvenience to workers.

I ordered two sandwiches and a three-piece tender, and I've been sitting here for 20 minutes watching... read more There was no one in line behind me and just one car ahead. I ordered two sandwiches and a three-piece tender, and I've been sitting here for 20 minutes watching the staff through the drive-thru window as they drink, chat, and laugh. Five of them have been standing around without doing anything. Now there are four more cars behind me, and they've noticed I've been watching them, so they've moved out of sight from the window. This feels like really lazy service. It's disappointing; they need to improve or consider closing down like so many other businesses in the area.

I ordered two Cobb salads and ended up with apple slices, but no tomatoes, bacon, or egg. I also requested and paid for extra ranch, but guess what? That was missing too. I’m done with this place; I’m really let down.
