I love going here, the smoothies are always good, but I was checking if they were hiring and the lady was a little rude (take some time to learn customer service chick). The people at the window are almost always nice though. View all feedback.

Completely rude and unprofessional this morning. Literally was yawning in the speaker taking my order. When I asked to repeat herself all she said was “you’ll get your total at the window”. Also basically snatched my debit card from me at the window, basically acting like i was a burden customer when all i did was order 1 smoothie. I was the only person in lane when I got there. I waited 49 minutes for my order, which was only one smoothie, and he came back 2 different times to ask me what I ordered! I could hear the guy fussing and cussing from my car. If I wouldn’t have paid, I would have drove off!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered through the app but waited almost 10 minutes at the window, no apologies, even though there were 3 people inside and I was the only person in both lines. Ordered 2 of the same smoothies and they tasted different, do better.
Everybody there is very nice…the one younger worker by the name of “Jacob O’Banion” handed me my smoothie with a smile and said to“have a good day” Even the smoothie I ordered (strawberry Kiki) tasted amazing
Overall love the product, its freshness the friendly staff
Patient with customers. If you are like me, you may not be able to often afford a smoothie from SK. The staff is excellent regarding the help required to understand all your options. They helped me order a dynamite smoothie!!
