Was Errol Ponthier at Darrell's a mag?
I recently had lunch at this establishment and I was thoroughly impressed. The meal was exceptionally affordable, costing between $1 and $10 per person.
The food was outstanding, earning a solid 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the fried chicken and fries—they were both delicious!
The service was equally excellent, also deserving of a 5-star rating.

I ordered two burgers with fries, but when my husband went to pick them up, he discovered there was only one burger in the bag. He had to go back inside, and they made another burger for us, but the patty was exceptionally tough—almost as if we were chewing on leather. Traveling from New Orleans, I was craving fried chicken.
I love this place! The burgers are great and the shrimp poboys are amazing! They're not huge like the New Orleans ones, but they have a great flavor.
The name is actually Darrell's and it has become a default lunch spot for my family.
Definitely recommend Darrell‘s restaurant. I had a double cheeseburger with bacon and a side of fries and a Pepsi. Very tasty burger and fries in a nice clean establishment. Best double cheeseburger and fries!! Thicker than most fast food patties. Also 2 doubles with a huge family fry is only around $20-25. Will be ready for pick up in 10 mins/20 if busy. If you get a double, you will NOT want any other burger from anywhere.
