I am appreciating with much gratitude for Lisa (manager) and all shift crews here at CC’s in Pineville. I come almost every day sometimes twice a day and at random times of the day. My experience inside the store and the drive thru has always been stellar. I love that the employees recognize me and know what I like to drink. The drinks were bad and so was the customer service. Second time coming here. My first drink tasted a little off! But I wanted to give this place another try and second time a different drink was also sooo bad! Idk how to pin point it just wasted off. Customer service was also so rude. The employees are friendly and the coffee is great.
Always better than Starbucks. Friendly staff, great coffee, and quick service. Highly recommended
