The workers are overcharging customers instead of charging the menu

Terrible service, out of advertised menu , cold food. If I was not in a hurry I would have returned the food I received. I was the only customer there and had to pull away from the pickup window because they wanted the timer to stop running. This location has become one of the worse of all the burger king in the area. The owner needs to make sure they have trained people and not try rush the customer through so their time will show good service. There is hardly ever any cars there. There has to be a reason people are not using this location. The cost has become a major factor as well. $25 for 2 cold meals is outrageous. I hope the owner reads the reviews and takes necessary steps to improve the store.

Have it your way and yes I did with no complaints at all the food service workers there was absolutely the best they work so hard to make sure that they meet all of their customers needs. It was clean the bathrooms was clean and everyone needs to show respect to our food service

Great service. It looked like they were short handed but they were still super nice and our food didn't take but maybe 7min and we had a big order . Everything was correct and you don't see that hardly anywhere!

The service here is good. The food was made fresh and the workers did not rush me. The Bathrooms and lobby are clean. They were out of chocolate syrup and Hershey sundae pie, but it was still good and I will return.
