Was only a two person team working and they're deserving of a raise 100% Staff is nice, and the Diablo sandwich is awesome!!! Everything tastes great too.
Victor the manager is absolutely amazing, he made the visit the best visit we have ever had at any Arby's period.
The two person team that was working earlier in the week should get raises. Sandwiches were great and fries had the perfect amount of crispiness. If the owner of the store reads this, you're lucky to have those two employees
This Arby's has been there for a long time. The carpet REALLY needs to be removed. My shoes stuck to the carpet, it was a really gross feeling. The food was good. But that dirty carpet made it really hard for me to enjoy my food. This is the only Arby's inPineville and they need to do better. That floor is totally disgusting. There was food all over the carpet. Make it easier onthe workers and remove that NASTY carpet, there is no way they can clean that.
1st time will be my last. Food was horrible. Chicken sandwich fries and lemonade. Fries barley cooked chicken seemed old or older than it should be. Due to health concerns I needed to eat ASAP. BUT NEVER ANOTHER ARBYS.

This Arby's is quite nice overall. It's tidy, and the staff are welcoming. The roast beef portion on the medium sandwich was satisfying, and the potato cakes were fresh and not cooked in old grease.
A decent Arby's. Clean and friendly. The Bratbeef fraction on the middle Bratbeef was decent and the potato cake did not taste as if they had been fried in old fat.

The food was delicious and served hot, but one of the restaurant staff members was going around the dining area wiping tables and talking loudly about a sickness going around and the importance of wearing masks. It was not exactly a conversation topic I wanted to hear while dining.
I visited the drive-thru and received my hot food in just three minutes. My order was perfect and the staff was helpful and friendly.
I stopped by to get a meal that was requested by a friend who is in the hospital. I wanted to surprise them with an apple turnover. However when I delivered the meal the turnover was not in the bag. Very disappointed.
The server was so nice patient with me. The order was complicated but was given to me perfect!
Just got two brisket sandwiches over 16.00 dollars get home and my question is who in the hell cuts meat any meat with the grain are you serious with the grain it's against the grain go back to the soda fountain people are sick and tried of paying a lot of money for **** poor

I never paralyzed that they had to before, but the white Cheddar Mac and cheese is back!!! I just had to try. I asked the Lord on the window if it was good, he said yes, but you have to put some salt and pepper on it. I took his recommendation and did it. I was honestly impressed how good it was. Probably the best on the menu now!
This Arby's is above average for food quality and service. Arby's prices are definitely on the high side for fast food.
Information in the menu. Many of the items have been set I.e kartoffel cake, kartoffel bites and others. Do not trust the items displayed on their menu. also the location pineville is closed on Sundays, although the physical situation shows that they are open. her marketing team must do something for it.
Can not believe that they lost the classic beef cheddar of the 2 for $6 only one customer.
