Get out the exact words and try to see if you can find parking around here we have no availability! Ok I go out and find parking about 800m away..... they give us a room, which let's say measured 3x4 with a bathroom of which I attach photos with a broken water drain, shower suitable for very thin people as it is really small and to take a shower it is not possible you can't even turn around, I've also attached photos of the knobs all ruined and peeling, the most absurd thing was that we had an (empty) fridge placed on the piece of furniture where you put your suitcases with a loose wire, this fridge, if left on, heated up the room like a sauna! Another broken fridge was inside a cabinet, but do you really do that? What if there is a small child in the room who touches the power wires? good but we are here and we want to relax and so we are satisfied we think that maybe the beach and the cuisine are better. Ok it's 4pm and we go to the beach to book the umbrella, we arrive and look for the lifeguard to ask, we wait but not seeing anyone we go to ask at the bar and we find a girl who served coffee who tells us that the lifeguard isn't there and that she had to assign the umbrella but we had to wait because she was alone and couldn't listen to everyone! After a quarter of an hour we ask again and this very annoyed girl, without even accompanying us, tells us the number of the umbrella and to look for it on the beach! Ok, resigned to this too, we find our umbrella with a deckchair full of sand, the sunbed and the umbrella next to ours but on the other hand if the lifeguard isn't there...... time for dinner, we ask where the our table and we are accompanied to a table behind a column, I say to my wife once again, come on, let's be satisfied..... let's go to the buffet, bare, tomato pasta, white pasta with courgettes and rice, the second courses too skinny white cod, a slice of meat or a piece of cheese, the food, in addition to being in portions, to be tasted, were not as I read the reviews, quite the opposite, so in the following days always with dishes with paltry portions, and It also happened to me that one evening there were grapes but when I went to get them they were finished and he tells me no sir it's finished, take a peach! I don't want to go on too long but I have many other situations to mention but if the owners want I can always privately display related photos. In conclusion, my experience in this structure is one star, the staff are sometimes unfriendly, annoyed by our requests, and there is no lifeguard on the beach. Oh I forgot the animation, which one? 2 kids blasting the stereo for half an hour on a terrace? Or that one of them had his braids done by a street vendor on the beach? Let's forget about it......... the animations are something else. It's a real shame considering that I've been going to the wonderful beaches of Abruzzo for years. This year I wanted to change the structure and I regret it bitterly. I will return to Abruzzo but certainly not to this hotel. Rooms: Small with many shortcomings Safety: There was no safety officer at the pool.
