My first dinner here was pretty cool! The pizzas are amazing and tasty. The waiters are very nice and really help you out (even when you don't speak Italian). At the same time you can buy italian food, sweets and wine. View all feedback.
What Kent B doesn't like about Eataly:
Not as good as it used to be. The staff are lacking training and attention. Food served was not up to the same standard as last time. Feels as if they have sold out to commercialism and the place has lost its original purpose that set it apart. View all feedback.
Have been here on a couple of occasions super grocery shop with some quality goods but at the expensive end. Restaurant served some great food.
The food has a good taste. I remember that Eataly used to give more spagetti and cheese. Right now all the portion is cut down in a half. I am sad for this.

Food is ok . Better in the valley . Food is expensive and the waiters need training on helping and customer service
