I'm so discouraged with the way the store turns out. You have four cash registers there. When I go there, they try to encourage you to use the automated cash registers. My last visit I had to find a lady and ask if I could use one of the registers at the end, she told me, someone will show you how to make the automated one. I said they're gonna get my food for me? They offer organic gluten-free chicken nuggets and organic ginger at lower prices than other shops. However, as a 23-year-old woman, I wouldn't feel comfortable coming here alone after dark. A while back, I needed to stop by late at night and this was the only store open, so I had to ask a friend to accompany me just to feel safe in the parking lot, which has some unsavory characters lingering around. I wish there were better security measures in place to enhance safety.
I'm really disappointed with my recent experiences at this store. They have four cash registers, but every time I visit, they push customers to use the self-checkout machines. On my last visit, I had to seek out an employee to ask if I could use one of the traditional registers. She told me someone would come to help me with the automated one, but I asked if they would be getting my food for me, and she said no. I explained that I preferred to use a regular register, and while she had a bit of an attitude, she eventually found a very pleasant young employee to assist me. However, I’ve decided that I won’t be returning to the store. I believe that as a customer, if I want to use a traditional register, there should always be someone available to help me.
I was there to take over my husband's prescription drug delivery. It was good. The pharmacist was very helpful and efficient.
This is a good place to go if they do not want to go to the regular walmart. it is much less crowded and easier to find dinge!
I got home and found out that I was missing a few bags of items.. I tried to call the store over and over again. I live ten minutes tops from store. I let the phone really ng for 45 minutes plus had a friend helping me call. Not once did any body answer the phone once. So as I am trying to feed kids and get a hold of the store. No one ever answered the phone. I even tried to call another wall mart to get the same results as the store I went to. You would think that with the company as but g as this would have someone to answer phones. I am very displeased with the service in this department and how did I feed the kids if my stuff was left there and no one to answer.... H
