Tara made my shake right in front of me and I was shocked when I tasted it that it actually tasted like a milkshake!! Most places you go to you will have a powdery residue that coats your throat! Not these! The teas are quit incredible as well. I always get the hangover tea after a night of drinking. Its my go to favorite and helps me tremendously with my hangover! If you are trying to loose weight I highly recommend Vibe nutrition 727!!!
