I can't express how thrilled I am that my favorite BBQ spot is back in business! The previous owner of Johnnie Mack's has opened this new place and brought all of his amazing flavors with him. I know they've been open for a little while, but I was hesitant to try another 'new BBQ' restaurant... so we decided to give it a shot tonight, and wow, I was so impressed! I ordered the four-bone rib dinner, and the spare ribs were incredibly tender. The mac and cheese was absolutely on point, and the greens were even better than before. My daughter had the pork dinner, and let me tell you, it was incredibly tender and moist. I've heard people say the portions are small and the prices are high, but they clearly don't understand BBQ. Great BBQ can be pricey, and it’s worth it. The prices here are very reasonable for the quality you get—you can truly taste the difference. It was just fantastic! I'm one happy customer!

I tried the half-brisket, half-pork sandwich, which was a hefty 2/3 pound. The brisket was fantastic—tender and rich in beef flavor, with a nice crust. The pork was equally impressive, boasting a delicious smoked taste. The sauce perfectly balanced sweetness, heat, and tanginess. The mac and cheese was packed with smoky pork, adding to its flavor. The staff were friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. Skip the chain restaurants and give this place a visit!

I've been visiting this restaurant since they were located next to the saloon. The owner and the staff are incredibly kind. The food is fresh and has a wonderful smoky flavor, reminiscent of a campsite. I highly recommend the brisket and ribs—they're my favorites. Wow! I must say, all the food was absolutely delicious. The brisket and ribs were outstanding, and the collard greens were fantastic. The mac and cheese was impressive as well. I had smoked meatloaf for the first time, and it was incredibly tasty! The prices are reasonable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We will definitely be going back—this has become my new favorite BBQ spot!

Absolutely delicious! We ordered the family combo meal, which comes with two choices of meats and two sides. We chose brisket and ribs, along with mac and cheese and collard greens. You can tell a BBQ place is excellent when their collard greens are on point! I would definitely recommend it. Keep it local!
