Matt and his daughter have accompanied our wedding and exceeded expectations in every way! Super easy to treat and by the two nights of catering with plenty of detail. Playmeat, fish and chicken were served with amazing sauces and fresh salads. Simple, delicious and exactly what we were hoping for. Thank you. Pitchfork Fondue, we will remember these days forever, the only game in the city in my opinion. View all feedback.

Matt and his daughter have our ranch wedding in Boulder, WY last Saturday and absolutely beat it out of the park. Friday was Smoked Trout or Herbed Chicken with hot onion rings, rolls and salad. Saturday was Elch antelope with loaded baked potatoes and salad. People always talk about it. People who usually don't eat meat, ate it and shave it over. We were blown away and grateful. Oh and the lemon bars! Oh, my God. And they looked good. I didn't notice anything to clean up, he was on top with the combustible, recyclable garbage containers, and only really knew his stuff. Very professional, friendly and the food was delicious.
Just leaving a star because: -Owner was fun of me before my friends when I said I didn't eat any animal products and asked me what was available. It was not just a comment, but a number of them. -The vegetarian (vegan) option was bad - it was a bowl of over salted grilled vegetables with grilled watermelon in it as well. I ate the whole thing because we just ran 25 miles and starved. When the owner asked me what I thought about it, I was honest and told him it wasn't good. The only saving grace was the baked potatoes. - When I went to pay, the owner pulled his machine that had listed all the prices. It's been saying? The owner tried to charge me $37, but I asked it, and said his price list says $20 for Vegetarian. He hesitated and said that all Entrees are full of price and that the $20 vegetarian is just when you get the hearty buffet selections that may not be a meal for anyone (Kartoffato chips, melon, salad and a few sauces). I think bread and her little sausage slices? ve was also included in the $20, but none of them are vegan. He then said, okay- I'll give you a 10% discount and then he charged me $34. $34 for: lemonade, a bowl of delicately seasoned vegetables, a few baked potatoes, some chips, melon and salad. Never come back. Do not make fun of your guests, or if you are, you should pay the ones they pay as an excuse. You're terrible. Would it be so hard to grill a block of tofu or have some vegetarian beans available?
The food was really good. The service was great and the environment was very pleasant. I definitely come back!
We were super excited to try this after seeing it on a travel vlog we follow and while the experience was fantastic, the food (steak and corn) was not very good. Our steaks were all overcooked (we ordered one rare and two medium) and we ended up having to take one of the steaks back because it was so well done our daughter couldn?t cut into it. We did visit on the first night of Rendezvous which is probably their busiest weekend of the year. My husband and I are both in the restaurant industry and honestly think they were just trying to get ahead of the crowd by pre-cooking and storing the food in the cast irons. Unfortunately, ours had just sat too long. I would definitely give it another try if we?re ever back in Wyoming.
