Reviews - Pinecrest Bakery Pinecrest

#9 - Pizza - Pinecrest, Cuban, Caribbean

Reviews summary

Pinecrest Bakery enjoys a reputation as a hidden gem in Miami, appreciated for its 24-hour service and inviting atmosphere. While many patrons celebrate its exceptional coffee and delectable treats like pastelitos and croquetas, some have expressed disappointment in the inconsistency of food quality and customer service. Issues with order accuracy and staff responsiveness have marred experiences for a few visitors. However, standout servers like Arletty enhance the dining experience, and the bakery's cakes, particularly the rum cake, have garnered rave reviews. Overall, while not without its flaws, Pinecrest Bakery remains a popular choice for late-night cravings and delicious baked goods.

A hidden gem of Miami. Open 24. Now post covid Miami is closing early like a small town in the Bible belt. Lete night munchies or just want.a coffee and a quiet place to sit. This is the palce. Service was great, food was fast and hot. Location is clean.Counters, tables floors and windows rare to find a clean place these day in Miami.

I paid an ordered a cake for a special occasion and when I went to pick it up they tried to give me a different cake. Then I was told my cake was damaged and instead of letting me know, they thought I wouldn't notice. I didn't receive an apology from themanager for the inconvenience. We ended up going somewhere else last minute for a cake. Besides them drastically raising theirprices they have terrible customer service.

Would rate 0 stars. I have ordered the Cuban, Cuban mini and media noche and no pork every time. This place is trash when you basically pay for a Cuban and get a ham sandwich.

This used to be one of our favorite spots for taking out-of-town guests. However, the quality of both the food and customer service has become quite inconsistent. We've had several issues with staff getting our orders wrong, and there's no system for them to verify what we've ordered, which often results in us finding missing items when we get home. During our last visit, we also encountered a semi-raw tequeño and some dry, unappetizing pastelitos. I think being fluent in Spanish might help make the ordering process easier. On a brighter note, the coffee is excellent—definitely give the iced café con leche a try!

I only come to this Pinecrest Bakery late at night. I always look for Mario who automatically knows I want a blend of their natural fruit juices. It's not on the menu, but Mario knows exactly how to make it and it's delicious!!

I wanted to take this time 4:21 am, to give a review , I come to eat my breakfast every morning before I go to work and as soon as they hear my voice over the phone they know what I want and prepare it fast and just the way I like it, Mario is key to this operation and always welcomes you with a smile and is never in a bad mood he is the reason I write this review , all of the employee go above and beyond expectations but he goes the extra mile, this place is a gem and the best bakery in miami hands down

The prices have skyrocketed at some point. A large cafe con leche is $5 plus tax. Empanadas are $3. Food is comparable to almost every other local spot for pastries. They are the 7 Eleven of Latin pastries. They have a lot of locations, but expect to overpay for very average options.

This restaurant is a true hidden gem in Miami, open 24 hours a day. Since the pandemic, many places in the area have started closing early, giving the city a small-town vibe reminiscent of the Bible Belt. Whether you're in the mood for a late-night snack or simply want a cozy spot to sip your coffee, this is the perfect place. The service is fantastic, and the food is delivered quickly and hot. The restaurant is impeccably clean, which is a rare find in Miami, with spotless counters, tables, and windows.

My husband and I were quite hungry late at night (around 10:30 PM), and we found that most places were either closing soon or had long wait times of 45 minutes to an hour. Fortunately, we stumbled upon this restaurant, which is open 24 hours. We ordered a guava and cheese pastry, croquetas, papa rellena, and a Cuban sandwich. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the staff was fantastic! I highly recommend this spot, especially for late-night cravings. I will definitely be back. Enjoy!
