I also had the chance to chat with the owner, and she is such a lovely person—sweet, down-to-earth, and incredibly friendly, with outstanding customer service. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I will definitely be returning; my experience was phenomenal. For only $8.99, the portion was fantastic—such an incredible deal in today’s world. The deli and grocery also had a variety of merchandise that looked appealing as I browsed around. I have to admit, this place is adorable. I can confidently say you’re making a great choice by coming here. I can’t wait to visit again!

This place could very well serve the best Reuben sandwiches on the East Coast. While it may take a little while for your sandwich to be prepared, you'll find that browsing the German grocery items and enjoying some good conversation will make the wait worthwhile. Trust me, it's worth it!

They also offer excellent German breads. I've visited several times, and the German lady who serves there is very friendly and outgoing.

They have been around for FIFTY YEARS! I know because my friend that I went with has been going there for 40 years and the owner said that the just celebrated year 50. It is a small store, but the shelves have a lot of variety of products from Germany and the surrounding areas. A nice display of sausages and things of the like. My friend got egg salad and potato salad and swore it is the best around, yet my friend didn't offer me any. RUDE! Lol. Very nice little place and the owner is so very sweet. Stop by when you are in the area.
