It's essentially a very healthy fast food restaurant with a conscience. They have a handful of vegetarian and vegan options, including a veggie burger (not vegan), a vegan burger, veggie corn dogs, vegan chili, a soy taco wrap, and a veggie burger and avocado wrap. In addition, they can make anything else on their menu vegetarian. I'd recommend having the Thai Salmon wrap but substituting a veggie patty. FANTASTIC food. Plus, they have NO deep fryer in the restaurant, so french fries are air-baked. And if you care about this, the restaurant only uses GMO-free and antibiotic-free, grass-fed meat that was not fed growth hormones. And lots of recycled and recyclable materials in their paper products. Anyhow, if you're in the area, Evos is definitely worth a visit!
