I have reviewed this rest. previously,but this is absolutely worth mentioning. In today's current worker shortage, COVID lingering effects,and employees across the country with little to no work ethic,it is amazing to see one person runningeverything. The gentleman who cooks here is without a waitress this a.m. He is taking orders AND cooking. THIS IS OLD SCHOOLWORK ETHICS. THIS IS ONLY ONE of the reasons you should eat here. Pretty admirable.
I REALLY wanted to like this place. I appreciate patriotic, small town diners and I understand good employees are hard to find these days. But unfortunately I can?t leave a 5-star review. The service was extremely slow (but friendly) and our food wasdisappointing (biscuits and gravy).
