Handling the whole place hands down. I have been ordering my steak med well for over 40 years. So when I get one that leaks blood onto my potatoes, I know the difference. She was awesome and took it back twice. The chef explained his thermometer said med well? Eyeball it. My guest were done with their food at that point. They did take it off the bill. Sent me one home with one that was well done. We will go back just wouldn't order steak.

I'm pretty sure they sprinkle crack in the blue cheese dressing..that stuff's great.
