We stopped here recently and tried quite a few things. My shrimp pasta was ok but could have used something to brighten it up a bit as it was pretty heavy. The curds were good and fried well. The broccoli cheddar soup was fantastic, but the shrimp basket and the Mac and cheese were a disappointment, both pretty greasy and dry. As far as service goes, everyone was very friendly but our waitress didn?t come back very often. It?s worth a stop if

I visited while in town and it happened to be the nearest spot, but I enjoyed it so much during my first meal that I ended up dining there several more times. Every dish I tried, from the Biscuits and Gravy to the Bites Burger, the Shrimp Trio, and the Walleye dinner, was incredibly tasty!

My granddaughter had the kids burger with tots, Husband had the mushroom swiss burger with battered fries, and I had the Walleye shore lunch with battered fries. First of all this place was very clean, bathrooms to everywhere. Our server Michael was very welcoming and had great suggestions. The food was tasty and not greasy, which is hard to find. They ran out of the prime rib special so my wife ordered the prime rib sandwich which was like eating shoe leather. She didn't alert the waitress as we werewith friends. Our dogs did enjoy it.

I came up for a visit and it was the closest restaurant, but I loved it so much the first time we ate there, that we ended up eating there several more times. Everything I ordered, from Biscuits and Gravy to the Bites Burger tothe Shrimp Trio to the Walleye dinner, was absolutely delicious!
