While not all locations may be like this, this particular one has rude staff and is not clean when you walk in. Such a shame.

Unfortunately, the chicken was a bit overcooked and appeared quite dark, although it wasn’t burnt. It didn’t quite taste like KFC’s original recipe, but I was able to enjoy it with some barbecue sauce and gravy. The mashed potatoes and gravy were excellent, and the biscuits were also great. The corn was served cold, but it was still decent. Overall, I rated the meal four stars, and I would definitely be willing to try it again. I really appreciated that they got my order right.

The new boneless chicken sandwich is supposed to be made fresh to order, yet when I ordered two, they handed them to me immediately—dry, old, and inedible. When we tried to enter the store, the manager was mopping a floor covered in grease, making it dangerously slippery. There was no proper cleaning solution, and the area under the equipment was filthy. The overall cleanliness is terrible, and the staff show little professionalism or standards. I worked at KFC as a teenager, and there are strict rules that clearly aren’t being followed here. I suggest the health board inspect this place. The menu might look appealing, but the quality and hygiene are severely lacking.

I hadn’t even finished entering when they told me there were no available tables, but I saw their friends and family comfortably seated inside. I definitely won't be returning!
