It's important to remember that she works at a fast food restaurant, so she should treat customers with more respect. It seems like she shouldn't be working anywhere if she can't show any interest in her job.

I ended up ordering a bucket of chicken, but I found it hard to differentiate between the wings and legs, or the thighs and breasts. The taste was still good, so that’s a plus, but I don't think I'll be returning to KFC anytime soon. I guess this is why there aren't many locations left in the area. They used to be the best.

When we approache... read more I do not recommend visiting this KFC. My wife had a craving for fried chicken, so we decided to go to this location on Friday, March 15, 2024. When we approached the counter, the young man at the register asked if we were ready to order, and we went ahead with our request for the 16-piece bucket, extra crispy, along with 4 large sides and 8 biscuits. However, the young woman who appeared to be the manager—since she made all the decisions without consulting anyone else—informed us that she didn't have enough chicken to fulfill our order. I offered to wait while she cooked more chicken, but she quickly refused, stating that she wouldn't prepare more since it was slow at that time. I explained that it was 7:45 PM on a Friday night, but she didn't seem to care. Since my wife really wanted chicken, I reluctantly agreed to take whatever chicken they had on hand and asked her to fill the rest with the original recipe. Unfortunately, when we got home, the chicken was bland and dried out; it was almost like eating cardboard. I was extremely disappointed and won't be returning. If they can't be bothered to serve fresh, flavorful chicken, they might as well close their doors.

I brought my husband and child, and although my card wasn't working and I had to go back twice to sort it out, the staff was incredibly kind and patient with me while I handled the payment. The food was absolutely delicious—everything we tried was fantastic! The staff was amazing, and I can't wait to return. We all loved it! Parking: Great Kid-friendliness: Generous portion sizes
