Kfc - Pine Hill

Wow, everything is so over priced. $4 for a chicken leg?! Outrageous. I ended up getting a bucket of chicken and unfortunately it was difficult to tell the difference between a wing and a leg or a thigh and a breast. It still tasted good though so there was that, but I don't think I'll go back to KFC anytime soon. this is probably why there's not many left in the area. They used to be the best.

I do not recommend going to this KFC. My wife was craving fried chicken so we went to this store on Friday March 15 2024. The young man behind the register asked if we were ready and we said yes and ordered the 16 piece bucket extra crispy with the 4 large sides and 8 biscuits. The manager, or the young lady I assume was the manager because she made all the decisions without consulting anyone else, said I do not have enough chicken to cover this order. I said that's OK we will wait while you drop more chicken. She immediately said I am not dropping more chicken. I said it's 745pm on a Friday night. She said I don't care I'm not dropping more chicken when it's slow. Normally I would have just canceled my order and gone somewhere else, if not for my wife really wanting chicken so I said give me what you have and fill the rest with original recipe. When I got home the chicken was tasteless and dried out. I would have been better off eating some cardboard. I was very disappointed and will not be going back. If the place can not be bothered to make the chicken fresh with flavor the it may as well just close its doors.

This was the best dining ext I e had in a long time brought my kid and hubby here and my card wasn't swiping so I can back twice they were kind and patient with me while I paid for everything and the food was so delicious all of it the staff was awesome and I can't wait to be back again. Ok so I thought it was just me but after reading the reviews it isn't.. Yes let's start with the staff.. Rude as ever.. No customer service skills. Food was disgusting.. The thigh I got was so small it didn't even have the thigh bone in it. The drum was the size of a half dollar. I used to come here every week faithfully cuz I live across the street. Now not anymore. I'll switch location. I'd rather drive the distance then deal with that.

Worst food ever. They are giving out old bad food. In this economy I spent 23 dollars and had to throw it in the trash. This place needs to close down . This is the third time I had horrible food here .
