When I politely asked her to split the dessert in half, she acted as though I had requested for her to show me a statue of George Washington. Despite being a regular at this establishment, I will now insist that all the desserts (including the salads) be split in half to avoid any further confrontations. Their demeanor would be better suited for a different profession, such as the department of motor vehicles or postal service.
