The delivery drivers at this location are quite slow and seem reluctant to deliver orders. Pine Bluff is reflecting poorly on businesses in general. It appears that no one wants to work here or take pride in their jobs, which is really disappointing.
Does the franchise owner know how bad the personal makes the entire brand look when it is waiting so long and the apathy of the personal is so obvious? I'm not sure why they can't have any contactless pickup. I ordered early and had to wait an hour in an autoline for a pizza that is over and dried in its warmer. that's just sucked. I just sat like all cars and waited and when I got into the window, nobody was there for a few minutes. See the photo. update: the line situations are less, but the apathy and the lack of courtesy are still there. they do not seem to understand that marinara should be thick enough to taste. update: they can't stay consistent. Sitting is waiting for mia pizza. They are really sloppy and have made my detroit style with a customs sauce. see the photo. update: still not on all cylinders. I love the spicy pepperoni pizza. 3rd week I go back and they saw it with normal paprika and marinara. update: the definition of apathie ruins a great product. still unconsistent low cheese and low sauce create a tomato aromatized teig cracker. I used wh franchise and was much better, but that was one time. drive the extra mile for a bit and see how it goes. one can say that they are not wanted when the people at their phones are at work. Yeah, from my phone to her pizza. Come back. update: 4 weeks at WH-Franchise and everything is always good. take a few extra minutes drive and go there. you and your family deserve it. update august 2022: new employees and wow the difference. what had exaggerated and had to use this franchise. new management (cole) assured me that they work to bring back consistent quality. 4 wash without disappointment. can it take?8/26/2022 answer: no. I still have a light and rare ingredient pizza. I've been waiting for 20 minutes. they lower their expectations.
