This is my first review for this location. I went to order avocado toast, only to find out that their ovens were out of service for cleaning, and this was 45 minutes before closing time.

The staff is incredibly friendly! I really enjoy interacting with the employees, who always seem genuinely happy. The interior of the restaurant is quite stunning too.

I’ve visited this Dunkin' location several times, and not once have I been given napkins with my donuts. At first, I didn’t ask, but after noticing this repeatedly, I started requesting them and they were provided gladly. However, customers shouldn’t have to ask—anticipating and meeting basic needs should be the business’s responsibility. In contrast, I almost never leave Chick-fil-A without napkins and utensils, so it’s surprising to expect less when dining out here. Such a simple detail sets the tone for the whole experience, and overlooking it reflects larger issues within the establishment. I truly hope management addresses this and makes improvements.

This location just opened and is starting off great! Shout out to Brandon who provides great customer service and yummy drinks for us consistently. We prefer this location over the other nearby!

Placed a mobile order through the app, wasn?t ready when I got there, order was incomplete (missing a breakfast sandwich and 6 donuts) the two large lattes I paid $5 a piece for weren?t even full, and after they quickly grab the missing donuts I go hometo find out they forgot one, so paid for 6 but got 5. The order cost over $30. You think it would be worth it. Nope. Literallymy husband thought I drank some of his large latte because there was barely over half the cup filled.
