The restaurant was very clean, and the service was prompt. I felt acknowledged and heard, as the staff was extremely accommodating—quite the opposite of some fast food places where staff might express their unhappiness with their jobs. McDonald's is located on the coast, I believe! It's definitely not open 24 hours, which is disappointing. I've had the worst customer service there. They really need to have a reliable manager in charge! View all feedback.
Second time in a row I 've gone to this macdonds and been refused service due to system updates never heard of this issue anywhere else. Will not be returning.
Very clean and good service. I'm not the biggest fan for McDonald's but sometimes I go to get my coffee and end up buying a toasty .
The coldest Macca's on the Gold Coast. Visited Pimpama Macca's today for a quick lunch, I should have remembered the last experience at this store.Order 124 lands on the counter and is lift there for 14 minutes while waiting for a drink to accompany it, same as last time very cold meal.

Place absolutely filthy , order filet of fish with extra sauce , was a bath of sauce , no salt on chips at ALL . Overall DISGUSTING disgusting . Chips in the bin same as the **** meal DONT recommend Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
