The food was pretty good. We ate the buffet. The only problem we had was the fact that the staff had gloves and hand-sanitary, but no one except us and MAYBE 3 or 4 other diners, respected others enough to use the gloves and sanitizer. What a fantastic experience! The food was excellent—I'd highly recommend the chicken teriyaki; it was amazing! The double cheeseburger was also great.
The food was quite tasty, and we chose to try the buffet. However, we encountered a significant issue: while the staff wore gloves and used hand sanitizer, very few diners—maybe three or four—bothered to do the same. A handful of respectful customers even wore masks in the upstairs area. What truly frustrated us was that not a single staff member addressed the disregard of those who ignored health protocols. It's disappointing because the food was good, but definitely not worth risking my health for COVID-19!
The first time I visited Pilot, it took a while to receive my Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich, but it was absolutely delicious. Kym had the buffet, and everything she tried was great. I'll definitely be back! - Danny Kym
