Corner
Description
This local dive bar is a mixed bag, boasting excellent food like garlic parmesan wings and smoked brisket sandwiches, paired with an extensive selection of draft beers. While some patrons rave about the friendly service and vibrant atmosphere, others complain of significant delays and inconsistent service. The venue has a casual vibe, perfect for unwinding or catching a game, but the lingering smell of grease may deter some. Offering good value and a liquor store attached, it’s a convenient stop for both locals and travelers alike.

Awesome food and friendly service. The garlic parmesan wings were the best. Not tiny little wings, lots of meat. Can't wait to go again. Wish they had take out. Not my first time here. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Chicken Wings with Fries

So, this is definitely a dive bar. There are some regulars, but also a lot of people traveling route 40 too. It's a great place to stop and watch the game. Miller High Lifes are only 2 bucks, and they have darts. The standing room is limited, but itrarely gets that busy. I'd say there's only about 7 feet of room between the bar and the wall all the way around the bar soit's a small place. The bartenders are nice and attentive, even when they're busy. There is a lot of take out traffic, so ifyou smoke, it's a good place to interact with a flow of new people. The food is decent, and the wings are pretty good but...everything smells and tastes like old, unchanged grease/oil. Not only that, but the smell stays in your hair and clothes untilyou physically wash them. So overall, if you can get past the grease odor, it's a nice spot to chill and meet new people. Isuppose it really is just a bar on the corner, nothing more.
