A place to fall in love with sushi I went to the place with a little bit of a little bit as I didn't like sushi very much. I fell in love. The place has a total space for 12 dining rooms that are served by 2 gurus. In our case, we were treated exclusively by sushiwoman, who brought us an incredible experience. We asked her thousands of questions and she answered us with the best wave all night. Apart from the stipulated steps, we were offered two extra options. One of them was with peaches. We took both of us and they were very rich. We loved to see the step by step of how each step was assembled. They have a very interesting wine letter. In short: Since we entered the service it was impeccable. We'd be back without hesitation. Super Recommended

A suspended space. If I had to put music into the experience, it would be without hesitation. The four Vivaldi stations would give the perfect compass to the progression proposed by the menu: Miso, Brussels, ostra, chernia, abadejo, Girgola, vieira, trochón, langostino, octopus, molleja, wagui, paku, mero and sweet... silence and pleasure. Twenty dishes that impact the palate and the rest of the senses. There is beauty in every finished piece and in every detail of its preparation, to see the hands of Gustavos when composing each of them is all. Each raw material is accompanied by the necessary ingredients to maximize its flavor and the perfect organic rice, in the pieces that carry it, at a temperature that rounds the proposal in the mouth. Excellent Omakase proposal. Gustavo el sushiman un Genio. 20 steps ahead of you. Options of original sushi, niguiri of molleja, tongue, waggiu meat, soup, pier, vines, etc. Great proposal. Caro. Exclusive. 6 diners for sushiman. Parking at the door. They're about to open a branch in Caba, aenti. Wow.
