Un lugar ideal para descubrir el mundo de posibilidades que pueden lograrse con el café de la mano de los auténticos productores de la región. Carlos y su mujer son excelentes comunicadores y explican detallada y amablemente los diferentes tipos de café así como de sus métodos de preparación.Vale la pena tomarse un café con ellos y escuchar sus experiencias!

No sólo probamos distintos tipos de café, sino que Carlos nos explicó con una paciencia infinita las diferencias de cada uno. Aprendimos mucho sobre su proceso y nos encantó la degustación y el lugar. Recomendado!!

Café Floresta is one of the only true gems we found in Pijao. It is a family business and the family explains all different types of coffee and offers a tasting for 20000cop. It was a welcome break in a rainy day. Only on the bottom we buy coffee to support the family and a bag costs 70000cop. Pretty restless for coffee in the area.

We originally went to Pijao to go to another café to just enjoy a cup of coffee. But we found La Floresta and thought it was just another café. Instead, it was an educational and immersive coffee experience, where we learned about the 3 different types of coffee they make, what distinguishes their coffee from the mass produced beans, and got all three for a very, very reasonable price to taste. The owner was incredibly friendly and obviously passionate about his work. So happy we found this place!

I made a tour with Carlos. We have learned to collect the coffee beans and the preparation process. I tasted excellent Colombian coffee with friendly instructions. Interesting and recommended! Delicious and high quality!
