My friend, Diana Arias-Alzate, owns this restaurant. I would not write a review if I hadn't had a wonderful experience there. Pasamos un rato muy agradable, es un lugar hermoso y muy acogedor. Las arepas son increíbles, sin duda lo recomiendo.

Batidos are fruit drinks with fruit and milk that are mixed in a blender. They are fantastic. I have tried the rellenos, omelets, and pancakes. They were all delicious. The restaurant is small with rustic tables, four of them, with lots of cushions. It is painted with bright colors and a lot of hand-painted art by Diana. If you are in coffee country in Colombia, go to the small town of Pijao and try Bocados!! I recommend it highly!
Most small towns in Colombia lack a place where you can eat and unwind after a long day of trekking. In Pijao this is not true as a place like this offers not only a wide variety of dining options but also a nice mood in which you may gather yourself. Tip: order the "arepa trimixta"
