We were fortunate to not have any wait time for breakfast. The breakfast was outstanding! If you left hungry, there must have been something wrong with you. Everything we ordered was delicious. The quality of the food was consistently excellent. The same was true for dinner, except for the fried chicken which was a bit too salty. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with reasonable prices. View all feedback.

Last year we ate breakfast here and it was the best ever. What a difference makes! This year it was terrible! The breakfast casserole and the gravy were awful. The fried potatoes and the casserole were burnt. The only good thing was the french toast. Find another spot and save money and eat better! View all feedback.
We had a delicious dinner and great service. There was a 45 minute wait, but since we were visiting the area for the first time, we were able to do another activity and return right on time to be seated. Our server was great and we enjoyed our meat choices and sides a lot.

We visited Paula Deen's for lunch and it was a very enjoyableeal. The ribs and catfish we had were amazing. The service from TX Tammy was top notch and made our meal memorable.
We have to eat here every time we visit Pigeon Forge. Good food! Friendly staff! Awesome gift shop! Their biscuits are so yummy.
I was extremely disappointed with this restaurant. To begin with the only way to get to the restaurant is to board a trolley or walk a very long distance, maybe a quarter of a mile. This isn't a big deal for me but I was traveling with 4 elderly individuals all of whom are handicapped to some degree. The Transport provided was a trolley of which 3 of the 4 would not be able to board due to the steps to get on. There was a wheelchair lift, however, there is no way that they could have ridden up that either. they would have fallen right off. We resorted to illegally parking on the street and having them attempt to jump out quickly, which was ridiculous. I drove the car off for them walked back. There was no Valet service and no other way to get them to the restaurant. One of our family members is unable to eat at restaurants due to significant stomach issues. We had called ahead and asked if she would be able to pay, not eat at the restaurant, and just bring food home. We understood that this wasn't the norm, but because it was a medical issue, they said that they could accommodate it. Once there we asked to speak to the manager and were informed that they absolutely could not accommodate her and she would just have to sit and watch us eat. I cannot imagine this being an acceptable company policy. We threw away far more food from that table than she would ever have eaten. To make matters worse, she is the person who was most excited to try Paula Dean's food. I felt horrible having to sit there and eat in front of her. Overall the food was decent, but I would never return here. If I had a child with a disability or an elderly adult it is simply not accommodating. The staff was mediocre and the management unhelpful.
