Amazing! Quality was excellent, server was sweet and attentive, and meals were delicious! Owner super nice and shared how important using quality ingredients is to him. We will be back for sure if we visit Rome again! Make reservations, you won’t be sorry! And get the pasta with pecorino romano and lemon zest! View all feedback.
What GiulioXiloyannis doesn't like about La Locanda Di Pietra:
Very nice place, center of town. This said we had some issues with our food: pasta lacked salt watermelon (part of the set menu) overly ripe (visibly not only taste) slow kitchen Aside from the above the appetizers were quite good and the staff was very friendly. View all feedback.
Stumbled on my first occasion across this restaurant during siesta hours and were lucky to get a table outdoors as it seems quite popular. Now after yet another visit, I'm inclined to recommend trying almost anything on the menu. My kids, who would normally furiously stick to a strict diet of french fries and coke, had pasta and cod as well as sausage with mushrooms and....liked it very much. On our second visit we had a vegetarian dish, a dish based on egg, sausage etc as well as desserts, each looking deceivingly simple while tasting deliciously.

Based on reviews I tought it would be a tourist trap but we apprecited our lunch and it was not expensive. Orecchiette were among the best we eat during our trip (even pricey restaurants) and plate of pork was different from what you are used to in the region: great surprise. So bad the service is so slow; can’t imagine in high season.

This restaurant deserves a Michelin star ! Great quality and fantastic service, calm and relax location. The food is outstanding, the fillet with truffle actually gave me shivers while eating...it was so tasty and perfectly cooking...I'd go back to pietrapertosa just for a meal here!
