Much more than a simple beach food-truck: delicious burgers entirely homemade and an establishment held by a friendly and colorful boss. Too good!!!

À chacun de mes retours à Pietracorbara, je mange dans ce petit restaurant convivial et je ne suis jamais déçu ! La cuisine est locale, avec d’excellents produits qu’on ne trouve nulle part ailleurs (sirops locaux du maquis : immortelle, romarin…). La viande est excellente et les produits sont frais. De plus, nous sommes accueillis dans un cadre sympathique et luxuriant. Ne comptez pas y trouver des produits mondialisés (sodas, etc.), car l’écologie y est une valeur fondamentale ! Un lieu à découvrir.
