was so disappointed and annoyed I normally buy food at KFC Piet Ritief 2 /Mkhondo all the time when I'm driving from Johannesburg to my home time Richard's Bay But the service I always received is so terrible On the 27 of July 2023 I waited 3 hours for food in drive thru, around 12am When you order they don't when inform that you going to wait 1 to 3 hours, you just yourself stacked on the que when you can't even go... Nice and big KFC. Its our lunch stop on the way back to Magoebaskloof from Sodwana. Had a group of 35 people and did a pre order. Everything was prepared when we arrived. Clean bathrooms Friendly staff Clean seating area. View all feedback.

Too much Staff but a tiny short cashier is a hard worker. unlike others
No backup electricity during loadshedding. Some menu items not always available. Drive thru not functional most of the time.
