I used the app and it said it was ready and got there and it was not ready and toasted one of my subs when I didn’t want any of them toasted which they said it would be fine and didn’t even start over. I got to watch them throw all my veggies on my sandwiches and they missed stuff we order and even paid extra for. They also proceeded to talk about a bee that they found in the pickles that they put on my sandwich.
I love this restaurant, the staff are exceptional and always extremely friendly. The young girl named Mary was truly outstanding! I always enjoy coming in and seeing the happy faces. Keep up the great work!
I haven’t always had the best experience at this location but tonight there was a young girl named Mary tonight she’s absolutely amazing her aditude was great and she made my sandwiches exactly the way I liked will definitely return if she is work 10
The sandwich assembly by some staff members is sloppy, causing it to fall apart with the first bite. However, all the staff I have interacted with have been friendly.
I have ordered food for my family from this restaurant several times and the staff is friendly. Out of the six times we have eaten there, they only got our order wrong once, and it was minor mistakes like the wrong type of bread or missing avocado.
