April 2022 of a stone trip that I discovered by chance the cuisine of phi, tasty, generous, beautifully presented and fresh products. everything is prepared on request so think about ordering upstream and you will live a culinary journey. but not only, the wisdom and greatness of the soul are at the heart of this pretty little kitchen. This stop was a time of enchantment. all my thanks, respects and wishes, m. PHI.MF View all feedback.
Phi gourmet is the only option if they are in the village pierrelongue and it is not important to go along the busy road to the campsite restaurant near. phil. the owner, offers a few lazy du jour and the two we tried were delicious. we enjoyed a Vietnamese crepe that is created in a dough that I think is rice flour based (but it looks like a thin omelette) with pean sprout and fresh mint, zilantro and other tasty inside, and a rice paper wadding roll served cold that I had pork in the inner. also delicious. both were served with an Asian salad, the red cabbage and other sweets in a citrusy dressing and embroidered with chopped peanuts. a nuoc cham diving sauce was served with the meal. while we waited for the cream to be cooked, we talked with phil in his kitchen. After we enjoy the meal at home, which was of great value for 2 meal times, we brought back the servier plates and put them in the postfold as instructed. much nicer than plastic containers (maybe it's just something he does for locals? a nice note though). I recommend definitiw!

Really delicious food at a location you would not expect. Owner is a great guy. We ordered take away twice from our camping in the neighbourhood. Thanks Phi!
Phi Gourmet is the only option if you’re in the village of PIerrelongue and don’t care to walk along the busy road to the campground restaurant nearby. Phil. the owner, offers a couple of plats du jour and the two we tried were delicious. We enjoyed a Vietnamese crepe which is created inside a batter that I believe is rice flour based (but it looks like a thin omelette) with bean sprouts and fresh mint, cilantro, and other goodies inside, and a rice paper-wrapped roll served cold which I believe had pork inside. Also delicious. Both were served with an Asian salad which featured red cabbage and other veggies in a citrusy dressing and topped with chopped peanuts. A Nuoc Cham dipping sauce was served with the meal. While waiting for the crepe to be cooked we chatted with Phil inside his kitchen. After enjoying the meal at home which was great value-it lasted for 2 meals, we brought back the serving platters and put them in the mailbox as instructed. Much nicer than having plastic containers (perhaps it’s only something he does for locals? A nice touch though). I definitely recommend!!
