So g... read more We headed to Pierre to go to the Capitol to see the Christmas Trees. They were gorgeous! We asked at the gas station for a recommendation for a drink meal. So glad she recommended The Longbranch. Our waitress was kind friendly. It was a Tuesday afternoon, but we could imagine a crowded Saturday night with a band in this grand bar. Food was excellent. We hope to be back.

It was an incredibly busy day, and although the service was a bit slow, it was still quite good. Though the kitchen was already closed, the bartender talked to the owner, and they were wonderful! They opened the kitchen again just to make me a burger and some tater tots. The food was fantastic, and the staff was incredible. I will definitely be returning!
