The glorious Hudson River view alone is well worth it.
The place is nice close to the water but the menu is very poor. We went with the idea of having fish but the only one in the menu was salmon. We also had clam chowder soup and didn’t look or taste like the real one… We also tried the octopus plate and it was tasteless and hard… Nice service but poor menu and food quality…

Pier 701 is always a treat! With the terrific deck overlooking the Hudson and Cuomo Bridge, it’s very relaxing. Our server, Miguel, was amazing! He’s very professional, friendly and welcoming! The menu is varied and something for everyone. Thanks to the kitchen for always preparing delicious food!!
The food, the service and the view all excellent. The noise level was ok. We will be back again soon.
