Sign on door says PERMANENTLY CLOSED- 3/10.Quality and consistency has been up an down for years, not to mention prices have continued to go up while nationally advertised Dickeys' deals aren't recognized or offered at this location.Sometimes food is good and service is slow, and sometimes service is friendly and great and the food is cold and portions are tiny. Store is permanently closed they should have taken it off Google maps. Real professional.

Never experienced low quality service. Paid higher price that advertised, Incorrect prices on menu boards. Even Ice cream machine was not functioning.
I was double charged because they were having issues with their register and card reader. The manger said, “oh, it’sjust an authoritative, it will fall off. If it does t, call us back for a refund. 5-6 calls to them later, and I haven’t heard one thing from them. No call back, no refund. Nothing!!!If this was their money, I am sure they would have had an issue with it. But, since we are the little people, or insignificant people to them, then, I assume, they don’t care. I mean, why would they?Why do I have to keep calling, and calling, and calling, and they can’t call me back? To me, that is poor customer service. It boggles my mind, why they can’t be responsible, and integral, and gave me a refund for the second charge. I’m not asking for freebies, or anything. Just with some hours. I don’t think I will ever get it, why they can’t call me back. I do not recommend this place, nor will I ever go back. If this is customer service, can you imagine when they are upset?Don’t go there, unless you don’t care about your money.
Usually it’s really good but today omg what happen turkey wasn’t dray and in a ball not sliced and the brisket was half fat disappointed is a under statement 40 dollars and I couldn’t even eat a 1/4 or the food
