The turkey was not dry, vegetables were succulent, especially the potatoes dauphinoise, salads were full of flavour, the xmas bûche was excellente! I highly recommend this cater.

If you are looking for a refined catererer, a lot of experience but still who listens to your needs and realizes them.I wish you to have to live a great culinary experience.
We had the chance to have as a catererer the fine gourmets of the north for our daughter’s wedding. reception was a success. The cocktail, served under the tent after the ceremony, amazed all the guests. The bites were delicious, varied and generous. shrimps, scallops, meats, sausages, brief a variety of flavours and textures to satisfy the finest palate. After a tasty salmon tartare and a delicious autumn soup, we have delighted ourselves from a calf of prince orloff (whose cooking was perfect) a great classic of French cuisine. a feast that impressed several. the night's nail was the dessert table that filled the lovers of sweet delights. the cheeses and the original design wedding cake brought the final touch to the already very hearty meal. the friendly service, the evening running, the bright decor of the room, the assembly of the plates all, absolutely everything was perfect. doing business with andré butier and elaine arel is a success story for your receptions. We recommend them to you without reservation.
I was invited to Les fins gourmets du nord for an general meeting of my volunteering association. Many of us were there with our babies. They provided a large enough room where we could take pictures, have a screen and a projector, a sound system. There was some space in the back of the room for our babies to play on the floor. The food was ok. I thought it would have been better because this restaurant has a great reputation in the area. Our meal was a buffet, half warm and half cold. The cold buffet was mostly salads and the chef surely loves salad dressing. The warm buffet consisted of pasta, which were good, vegetables, and chicken. The chicken was well-cooked. The creme brulée was a big disappointment because the crust was too thick and not crispy enough. Overall, the plates of food were not renewed fast enough so we had to wait to get our main course because there was nothing left after the majority of guests served themselves. The servers were very nice and helpful. They were quick to fill our glass with wine, coffee or tea. They were very careful with the babies.
