Kfc - Piedmont

Today's service was surprisingly quick, and I ordered my usual dish. The staff was exceptional this time around, and I left feeling very happy and satisfied.

It took 10 minutes to get a chicken sandwich at a place called Kentucky Roasted Chicken. How are they not prepared for chicken? We even chatted with a coworker while placing our order. That's just unprofessional.

I recently visited the same KFC location twice in two days, using DoorDash for both orders. The first visit was at the Augusta Road location. I typically do not leave negative reviews, but I must say that the Management and Staff at this particular KFC were disappointing. Customer service was lacking and it was clear that the employees were struggling to provide a welcoming atmosphere. I understand that there may be staffing issues statewide, but it is essential for customer service to be prompt and friendly, especially in the food service industry. Waiting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes with only one car in front of me, while the dining room was closed, was unacceptable.

I would like to start out saying I have always loved this fast food chain! I moved up here from South GA a few months ago and haven?t had KFC in a while. I ordered through a Door Dash and when I got our food, everything was great except for the chicken! There was absolutely no flavor and it was severely over cooked. I am 10 weeks pregnant and was really looking forward to it. I came to look at the reviews just to see maybe this particular KFC was probably just having an off night and by looking at everyone?s reviews, I do not think I?ll ever be going to this KFC again. I?m giving a 2 rating because the sides were great, but the chicken was so bad I threw it out.

Prices to high, might as well go to a steak house. Food is still good though.
