Hardee's - Piedmont

Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed, so I had to use the car drive-thru due to Covid-19 restrictions. The line moved quickly and the customer service was excellent. I rated the food 5 stars. I ordered cookies for breakfast and they were the best I've had in years. They were fresh, warm, and incredibly soft, melting in my mouth. Thank you for the delicious experience.

The staff was very accommodating. When I asked for an extra patty on my burger, there was no issue at all. They were considerate of larger customers and even suggested some menu items to try.

Tiffany is incredibly fantastic and friendly. She must have done something great for our small town of Hardee.

I have had terrible experiences at every other Hardee's in the SC upstate area, but this store was a pleasant surprise. The food was fresh and served quickly, and the manager Kayla and her team provided exceptional customer service. I believe they deserve a raise or at least recognition for their hard work. I hope other owners, GMs, and managers can learn from Kayla and her crew. I am grateful for the great food and service they provided. Thank you, Kayla and crew.

Breakfast here is always really good and morning staff is always really nice and friendly, but the burgers always taste like that? ve has been eating too long. We're just going to breakfast and if we want lunch, we're just going to Greenville.
