I went to Bojangles today, and wow!!! The food was absolutely fantastic! It hasn't been great here lately, but today it was back to its best. The gravy was rich and delicious—not at all watery. The fryer must be well-maintained because the chicken and Cajun fries didn’t have that greasy taste. If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is very unprofessional! And for weeks I have been going there in the mornings between 6am-7am and there are 2-3 cars in the parking lot just to be told at the drive thru that they are closed bc the workers didn?t come in or that they?re just getting there so I would have to come back once they get themselves situated. They need a new morning crew and better management ASAP! View all feedback.
It took almost an hour to get my order. Didn't get a receipt, it was said they had no papers. Asked for strawberry and got grapes jelly. Notes that people go to drive-thru after ordering. I saw nothing but young guys working.. Will not be back!!!
I love Bojangle's chicken, but at this point it was overcooked and dry. I asked for green beans and got rice. When I went after a disappointing meal, I noticed for the first time that the parking lot was full of garbage. Maybe I would have noticed that I had found another Bojangles place to eat before I arrived.
*Extremely* slow drive through, bad service, watched drivers before me have to stop and out to have orders because the dining room is closed. Add that to my bill? Google Maps.com Update: Food received was lukewarm and soggy. Ends the next exit to throw them away and get something else. I hope nobody gets sick.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 mins while one car moved. Walked inside and waited another 15 mins. Plenty of staff, I saw at least 6 people working. Will not be back.
