The food was great the manager was not too friendly but I will continue going there anyway

Great experience! The staff were friendly and helpful. I was uncertain about what to order, so they suggested the 2 for $6 special. The young woman at the window was very kind and patient, even though there was a long line behind me. While the fries were slightly overcooked, the turkey wraps were fantastic!

The food is usually quite good, but the service leaves much to be desired. I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment.

I really enjoy their jalapeño peppers, and people in the tri-state area say they have the best cheese sticks around.

DO NOT GO TO THIS ARBY'S. You'd be better off driving 30 min out of your way to a different one. Drive-thru took over 5 min per car just to place your order. I was 3rd in line to order. Then 5 min or more per car to pick up. I then get home and discover my classic roast beef is two pieces of unappetizing looking meat slapped between the bun. It didn't taste very good either. Also, my curly fries were put into the bag completely upside down.
