As we were staying at the adjoining hotel, we thought we would treat ourselves to a nice, cosy meal. The surroundings and view are exquisite, with a wide panorama of the coast, although the night was a little too cold to eat al fresco on the balcony. Don 't be fooled by the rather strangely named dishes on the menu Little Lamb and Hand Cutted Sausages are much better than they sound. Our sommelier, Piero, really knew his stuff, and presented each dish with a brief description, which was very welcome. The dishes themselves came to the table hot, well presented and just enough to fulfil. We also got treated to a basket of warm, home cooked breads, and a nice little amouse bouch. The pre dinner cocktail was also a lovely touch Although we went out of season, and during the week, seven of the ten tables were occupied. a good sign Overall, a really pleasant meal. Tasty, good on the eye as well as the palate, and accompanied by a good selection of local wines. So good, in fact, that we returned the next evening to sample more of the menu.

Our family had a most amazing experience at talé restaurant in Sicily. The courses (we had ordered 3, ended up eating 7) were beautifully arranged, perfectly timed and absolutely exquisite. The service was truly most charming. The ambiance and decorations simple and stunning. We highly recommend this restaurant if you want to experience an unforgettable night above the Mediterranean.

Il ristorante è un luogo incantevole con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Situato a 20 km da Taormina, è molto comodo parcheggiare l'auto in uno dei posti auto disponibili. La struttura è minimalista, essenziale ed elegante, immersa nel verde con un panorama incredibile. La colazione viene servita su una fantastica terrazza da cui si può ammirare la costa orientale della Sicilia. Le camere sono spaziose monolocali con un ambiente unico e un bagno grande, moderno e raffinato con soffitto rifinito con belle travi in legno, tutte climatizzate. Il personale è molto gentile. La piscina è fantastica, dotata di lettini, ombrelloni e un bar che serve bevande e cibo. Il buffet della colazione è variegato e di ottima qualità. È la prima struttura dove ho assaggiato un cappuccino superiore a qualsiasi bar, molto cremoso e preparato con maestria. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Una struttura splendida immersa nel verde con una vista mozzafiato. Il servizio e il personale sono estremamente gentili e professionali. Torneremo sicuramente!
