Your better getting off because drive thru is crazy long all the time

The Cafe Americano taste great.....but, it took them an hour to pour it for me. .... hence, a generous 3 stars ...

This location is closest to me, but I will continue to go to the Montebello one. I just feel like the past two times I’ve gone the customer service hasn’t been great at all. The cashier was very nice, but I was waiting extremely long for my drink. I got one of the most simple drinks on the menu : Other customers got their large, blended drinks before me which was strange. Multiple employees were just standing around speaking to each other and talking poorly about customers and it took the cashier to nicely ask them if my order was coming in order for it to be made. I appreciate her helping me and she was very kind but everyone else took away from that experience for me. I didn’t do anything wrong and I didn’t even ask about my order :

Horchata Frappe, always on point ! Drive through line is crazy long, but it's quicker if you walk inside.Food: 5/5

Coffe honestly tasted like gasoline station coffe. Everyone made a big deal out of the coffe shop. It was okay. They have good deserts. The restroom wasn't that clean. They had long Drive-through lines.Food: 4/5
