Chipotle Mexican Grill - Pico Rivera

Went in on Tuesday 20th, 2022. Worst experience EVER! The crew was rushing me through the line, rolling their eyes when I asked for more rice (when they only put a teaspoon on the burrito) I've never felt so pressured when spending money on food! Any request I had they had horrible attitude. Then when I got there to pay all I had was cash. The cashier said loudly you don't have anything else ? You don't have apple pay? Sadly I told her this was all the money I had (as embarrassing as that is) . Again eyeroll, and is that it and shoved my bag at me . Next is napkin Tabasco area, the store was a mess to say the least, the brown Tabasco was out, I sent my daughter up to ask for another bottle while I watched our stuff (ours was togo order btw) they ignore. And ignored. And ignored . Finally after they had served the 6 people in line the guy said oh she'll get it, after literally acting like we didn't exist, she finally came over and again, attitude, opened the bottle and put on counter. I have never felt so unwelcome and rushed in a place I was spending money. Now we get home, the food quality, the burrito, they had over poured the salsa in the midst of rushing me. So bad it was not edible. Chicken was dry . And the burrito looked like it was for a child ! I never write negative reviews like this, I believe this is the first. Needless to say I will NEVER go back or order online from this store again. Ever.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They always mess up the order and not give complete orders. Today they didn?t give the chips and guacamole I ordered. The cashier was flirting with the male employees and just talking to everyone but the customers. The staff making the food don?t roll the burrito right where all the sour cream and salsa spills out. I want to tell them they forgot my chips and guacamole but they never gave me a receipt so they didn?t. Worst location. There are many Mexican burritos around. I guess I?ll have to go to those ones. I just moved to the area so haven?t tried them yet. But I will now.

Free queso on Cinco de Mayo! Their order online and pickup system is really easy to use. When you enter the store, just head to the pick up shelf where they have bags of orders ready to be picked up. Just tell them your name, grab your bag, and you?re on your way. Super fast, easy, delicious, and for just $7.45 you?re going to be really full!

Portions not very consistent, staff looked disheveled, the long haired cashier needed a hair net or something. Ordered guacamole and chips i received the hard as a rock surprise in my meal. No where to sit, very disappointed..

Used to be a 5 star, this being the 3rd tiny burrito at an $8 cost shows the portions have gone south, it's sad to see that it no longer gets the service posted below from my original post This team is always excited to be there. The greeting and short food prep time always has this genuine want to assist feeling to it. Keep it up guys! Also they are busy enough when I go that I always catch them when the refill the steak with freshly cooked steak. That's the best also most of the associates are Keen to make sure that if the meat portion falls off while scooping or just scoops short they give a fair portion. They aren't overly generous, but they definitely don't make me feel jiped for my money. Overall worth a good solid 5 stars
