If you go on the 31st of any month, you will get 31% off of your scoops. Even though it was raining heavily on New Year's Eve, off I went with my tribe to get scoops of ice cream. Worst customer service ever. I came in today for a cone and also decided to try their New boba drink but as I was walking out I gave it a sip and it was completely disgusting, so I went back in to the store hoping I can exchange it for a cone but their employees response was that they couldn't do no exchanges or refunds. Ordered 2 Banana Royales from this location yesterday since the day before the Montebello location forgot one of our orders and adding insult to injury gave us really small portions for the 1 order that did arrive, and had to be shared between 3. The picture doesn't do this Sundae any justice, whoever was on duty yesterday please pat yourself on the back, you made my kids happy!

Terrible service. I went and wanted to try something new. Once I got it and paid I tasted the drink and it was disgusting so I ask if I can get something else. The workers response was that there's nothing they can do about it because they don't have a manager in. First of all there should always be a manager in. And second thing is that I just wanted like a cone instead, I never wanted a refund or anything just something else. Not sure the workers name but it was a Chinese girl. And they were acting rude about the whole situation.
